PolyBloks are delivered ready made and don’t require assembly unlike some other ICF forms which require complex kits and spare parts. The steel ties, precision tongue & groove jointing system and high tensile wire clips ensure simple and trouble free installation and concreting.

Reinforcement.
Polysteel Forms are certified for the use of plain concrete, therefore reinforcement is not required to build a normal house. When reinforcement is necessary, the rigidity of these insulated concrete forms makes them uniquely suitable for concrete compaction using a vibratory poker to remove any risk of voids being left that will allow corrosion of the steel bars.

Traditional construction such as timber frame and cavity walls have significant disadvantages. These are easily overcome or completely avoidable when insulated cement forms are used.
